Cranberry Refrigerator Jam
I found a great recipe for what I am calling Cranberry Refrigerator Jam. It was actually a cranberry sauce in a recipe for Baked Brie but after making it I found that the tartness and flavor profile would be great to just have on bread. Try it and see what other uses you can find for it. Enjoy!
Cranberry Jam
- 2 C - Fresh Cranberries
- 1/2 C - Orange Juice
- 1/4 C - Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp - Vanilla Extract
- 1 Cinnamon Stick (remove once completed)
- 1 pinch of Salt
Combine all ingredients in a small pot, bring to a boil over medium heat. Boil 10-15 minutes of until the cranberries burst and sauce thickens (it will thickness a little more as it cools).
